Position Summary
The Senior FF&E Procurement Manager serves as a trusted advisor and project leader responsible for managing the procurement lifecycle for hospitality projects. This role oversees quoting, budgeting, purchasing, expediting, logistics coordination, risk management, financial tracking, and project closeout activities while ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Working closely with clients and project stakeholders, the Senior FF&E Procurement Manager helps transform design vision into a successful renovations or new-build hotel opening project. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills, procurement expertise, commercial awareness, and relationship-building abilities to guide projects from concept through occupancy.
This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role that requires both strategic thinking and executional excellence.
Preferred Industry Experience
Hospitality experience is strongly preferred.
We also welcome candidates with procurement, project management, design, development, construction, or owner-representation experience in sectors such as:
- Senior Living
- Multifamily
- Student Housing
- Healthcare
- Workplace and Corporate Interiors
- Mixed-Use Developments
- Branded Residential
- Other commercial real estate environments with significant FF&E and interior project components
Candidates who can bring knowledge, relationships, and best practices from adjacent industries are encouraged to apply.
Technology, Analytics & Process Improvement
We leverage technology to improve project transparency, client service, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with procurement systems, reporting tools, and emerging technologies, while maintaining a primary focus on project execution and client engagement.
Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for project tracking, budgeting, reporting, and analysis.
- Ability to learn and effectively utilize procurement and project management software platforms.
- Experience using reporting tools and dashboards to monitor project status, schedules, budgets, and procurement activities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project and procurement records.
- Comfort working with data to support decision-making and communicate project status to clients and internal stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience with SpecSources, Exxpedite or similar procurement platforms.
- Familiarity with Tableau or other reporting and business intelligence tools.
- Experience using AI-powered productivity tools to improve efficiency, reduce administrative effort, and streamline routine tasks.
- Interest in identifying opportunities to automate repetitive processes while maintaining a high level of service and accuracy.
