Hilton Garden Inn – St. Pete Beach, FL Oceanfront

AK Design Group provided interior design services for the full renovation and rebrand of Hilton Garden Inn St. Pete Beach – a 144-room Gulf of Mexico beachfront hotel situated along the white sand shores of St. Pete Beach, Florida. The project transformed an existing coastal property into a fully repositioned Hilton Garden Inn through a comprehensive top-to-bottom upfit, producing a design rooted in the natural character of the Gulf Coast. All 144 guestrooms (including six suites, each with a private balcony or patio) were redesigned as part of the renovation, alongside the hotel’s lobby, Coconut Charlie’s Beach Bar and Grill, and outdoor pool and event areas.

 

Delivered in 2021, the renovation established the property as a competitive beachfront hospitality asset in one of Florida’s most visited coastal markets.
